We ship globally and support dropshipping (direct to your customers). The listing of countries we currently ship to is maintained on our site; if your country is not listed, contact us to discuss options.

2. Processing Time

  • After payment is accepted and final proof is approved, your order enters production.

  • Typical processing time is 2-5 business days but may vary depending on volume, finishing, complexity, approvals or our production unit’s workload.

  • We endeavour to process orders as quickly as possible.

3. Shipping / Transit Time

  • Transit time depends on destination, courier, customs, and local factors.

  • We may offer multiple shipping options (standard, expedited) at checkout.

  • You will receive a tracking number once your package ships.

4. Duties, Taxes & Customs

  • Import duties, customs clearance fees, taxes, and brokerage charges are your responsibility (the buyer or your customer).

  • Customs procedures and inspections may cause delays beyond our control.

  • We do not guarantee that local customs will accept your item; ensure your content and materials comply with import restrictions in your country.

5. Risk & Title

  • Title (ownership) passes to you (or your customer, in dropshipping) when the item is delivered.

  • Risk of loss also transfers upon delivery or when the carrier acknowledges receipt at the delivery address.

6. Failed Delivery / Returns

  • If a package is returned to us due to failed delivery, refusal, or incorrect address, you bear the cost of re-shipment.

  • We may withhold shipment or charge additional shipping before relabelling.

  • In some cases, we may offer a partial refund minus these costs, if you no longer wish to re-ship.

7. Shipping Carriers & Methods

  • We use trusted carriers (e.g. DHL, FedEx, local couriers, postal service) depending on destination.

  • We may consolidate or split shipments based on logistics.

  • Some remote or restricted areas may require additional handling or surcharges.

8. Tracking & Notifications

  • You will receive email updates when your order is processed, shipped, and delivered (if available).

  • You may also check tracking status via our site or the courier’s portal.

9. Shipping Errors

If you don’t receive your order within the estimated delivery window, contact us with order details. We will investigate with the courier and help arrange re-delivery, refund, or replacement as appropriate.
