That is the promise.
Why first time authors choose raries
Publishing looks complicated on purpose. We make it honest.
The traditional path tells you:
- You need a publisher to say yes
- You need to print 1,000 copies
- You need to ship everything yourself
- You will be paid “later” if ever
We are not playing that game.
Raries is built for modern authors. You keep ownership. We handle the work. You get paid per sale.
If you are serious about making your book available to real readers and not just friends and family, start here.
What you get when you publish with raries
This is not a PDF on your laptop. This is a real paperback on Amazon, ready to buy.
1. Your Amazon listing handled by experts
We build your full product page on Amazon for you so readers can search your name, find your book and click Buy Now.
Your listing includes:
- Book title and subtitle
- Book description written to convert readers
- Live cover images
- Correct categories and keywords to help discovery
- ISBN and barcode sorted
- Your author bio
To be clear. You will be able to say, honestly, “My book is available on Amazon right now.”
You never touch Seller Central. You never fight with KDP rules. We do it for you.
2. High quality short run printing
We print 100 copies of your book in one professional batch.
Why 100 copies
- You look and feel like a real author
- Your cost per copy stays sensible
- You do not have to gamble on 1,000 copies you may never sell
You pay for this first batch. That is your initial stock.
3. Free storage
We hold your stock in our warehouse.
You pay no storage fee.
You pay no monthly shelf fee.
You do not lose your hallway to cardboard.
We treat your books like inventory, not clutter.
4. Amazon fulfilment handled for you
When a reader places an order on Amazon:
- We pick, pack and ship one of your stored copies
- We handle delivery, tracking and customer questions
- We handle returns so you do not have to
This is end to end fulfilment, the same standard readers expect from any other Amazon purchase.
Your reader is happy. You stay out of logistics.
5. Money that flows to you
Here is the part most services hide. We do not.
For every copy sold, you receive:
- Your royalty for that sale
- The print cost of that exact copy, paid back to you
That means you are not losing money every time a book ships. You recover your print cost per copy sold, and you earn on top.
You sell books. You get paid. Simple.
Global reach, day one
It should not matter where your reader lives. Your book should still be buyable.
We can list your book across major Amazon marketplaces, including:
- Amazon.com (United States)
- Amazon.co.uk (United Kingdom)
- Amazon.de (Germany)
- Amazon.fr (France)
- Amazon.it (Italy)
- Amazon.es (Spain)
- Amazon.ca (Canada)
- Amazon.com.au (Australia)
- Amazon.co.jp (Japan)
- Amazon.nl (Netherlands)
- Amazon.se (Sweden)
- Amazon.pl (Poland)
Design note for your site: Show these as a grid of marketplace logos with country labels underneath. It builds trust instantly.
Readers in London, Berlin, Toronto or Sydney can order your book in their local Amazon store. We ship from the stock we hold for you.
You do not set up accounts in each country. You do not ship abroad. We do.
The full process in detail
So you know exactly what will happen and in what order.
Step 1. Send us your book
You give us:
- Your manuscript (Word or PDF)
- Your cover design
If you do not have one yet, our design team can create a professional bookstore quality cover for an extra fee - Your author name and bio
- Your book description and keywords
If this sounds scary, breathe. We guide you through it one piece at a time. You do not have to be a designer or marketer.
We will format and prepare your files to meet print rules. Trim size, spine width, bleed, margins, paper stock, finish. We handle that.
Step 2. We list your book on Amazon
We create and publish your Amazon listing for you.
This means:
- Your book goes live on Amazon
- Your title and author name become searchable
- Anyone can buy a physical copy
You do not need to create a KDP account. You do not need to deal with tax forms. You skip the headache and get the result.
Your book is no longer “coming soon”. Your book is now on the world’s most trusted book marketplace.
Step 3. We print your first 100 copies
We run a short professional print of 100 copies.
You pay for this print run once.
This gives you:
- Actual physical stock
- Copies you can sell online
- Copies you can sign at events, panels, schools, readings, podcast tapings and launch nights
You are now a published author with inventory.
Step 4. We store your stock for free
We bring those copies into our warehouse.
No storage fee. No fulfilment retainer. No nonsense.
Your books sit in clean, safe stock ready to ship.
Step 5. Buyers order on Amazon
Someone clicks Buy Now on your Amazon listing.
We handle it.
We pick, pack and ship their copy from your stored stock. We handle delivery and all customer experience.
You do nothing.
Step 6. You get paid
For each sale we send you:
- Your royalty per copy sold
- Plus the print cost of that copy, paid back to you
You will also see:
- How many copies sold
- How many copies remain in stock
- When you are getting close to needing a new 100 copy batch
When stock gets low, you reorder another 100. We print, store and keep selling.
This is how you turn one book into a repeatable income stream.
Money, rights and control
This is where most authors get trapped. You will not.
- You keep 100 percent of your rights
Your words are yours. Your story is yours. Your name is yours. We do not take ownership. - You control your pricing
We work with you to set your retail price in a way that keeps you competitive and still lets you earn. - You see how much you earn per book before you go live
There are no hidden maths tricks. We will show you the per sale breakdown in plain figures. - You can stop at any time
You are not locked into a lifetime contract. If you want us to unlist your book, we unlist it.
Pricing that respects you
One time listing fee
$50 per title
(Usual price $125)
What you get:
- Professional Amazon listing
- ISBN and barcode setup
- Category and keyword placement
- Product description and metadata to help you appear in the right searches
- Compliance with Amazon’s format and content rules
This is paid once. Not monthly.
Print cost
You pay to print your first 100 copies.
These are your physical books. This is your sellable stock.
We store that stock for free.
Per sale
When a reader buys:
- Amazon takes its marketplace and transaction fee
- We ship from your stock
- We pay you your royalty
- We also pay you back the print cost for that specific copy
So you are not losing money when a book sells. You earn on top.
This is the core difference between raries and vanity presses. Vanity presses take your money and leave you with boxes to sell yourself. We turn stock into sales for you and send you money every time a book moves.
Why raries
Raries exists for one reason. To make sure good books are not blocked by old systems.
You do not need permission from a gatekeeper to become a published author.
You do not need 10,000 followers to look credible.
You do not need a garage full of unsold stock.
You need a partner that:
- Gets you on Amazon
- Gives you physical inventory at a sane scale
- Handles shipping worldwide
- Pays you when you sell
That is raries.
